Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CallVeil platform and services. By creating an account or using CallVeil in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CallVeil is a call screening service operated from Missouri, United States. References to "CallVeil," "we," "us," or "our" refer to CallVeil. References to "you" or "customer" refer to the individual or business using the service.
1. The Service
CallVeil provides inbound call screening for professional offices. The service sits in front of your existing phone system and screens unknown callers before connecting them to your team. CallVeil does not replace your existing phone system — it works alongside it.
The service includes access to a shared threat intelligence database, an admin dashboard, and up to five protected phone numbers per account on the standard plan.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One administrator login is permitted per account. You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. CallVeil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CallVeil only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service to screen or block emergency calls
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the CallVeil platform
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other customers' use of it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CallVeil's systems or data
4. Call Screening and Data
CallVeil screens inbound calls using an automated voice interaction. During this screening, callers may identify themselves and their company. This information — including caller phone numbers and company names — is stored and may be used to improve protection across the CallVeil network.
CallVeil does not record or store the content of calls that are passed through to your office. Once a call connects to your team, nothing about that conversation is captured by CallVeil.
By using the service, you consent to CallVeil collecting and using caller identification data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Shared Threat Intelligence
When you flag a caller as unwanted, that number and any associated company name may be added to CallVeil's shared threat database. This database is used to improve protection for all CallVeil customers. Flagged caller data is anonymized and contains no personally identifiable information about your office or your clients.
You may remove numbers from your own account blocklist at any time. Removal from your account does not guarantee removal from the shared network database.
6. Payment and Billing
CallVeil is billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize CallVeil to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
CallVeil reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
7. Referral Program
CallVeil's referral program allows customers to earn one free month of service for each new office they refer that activates a paid subscription. Credits are applied to your account automatically and have no cash value. CallVeil reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
8. Service Availability
CallVeil aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. CallVeil is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
CallVeil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallVeil's liability for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
CallVeil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities resulting from calls that were incorrectly screened or blocked.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting hello@callveil.com. CallVeil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymized threat intelligence data contributed to the shared network is not deleted upon account termination.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
12. Changes to These Terms
CallVeil may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
